Research Study on Personal Independance Payment
Dhek Bhal are honoured to have been contacted by The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to potentially be involved in some important research on the experience of voluntary sector customer representatives in supporting disabled people to claim benefits.
This research draws on industry best practice and, through the use of face-to-face focus groups, will enable DWP to develop a very good understanding of what voluntary sector organisations, partner organisations and customers are looking for in new Personal Independence Payment benefit.
Dhek Bhal would be involved in helping to design both the new benefit and how it will be delivered by becoming a member of DWP research panel. This will involve participation in either a one-off focus group or a series of focus groups within the local area and will involve a joint discussion with several other people from a similar background to us
